旅に出る

塩別つるつる温泉

style="text-align: center;"> </p><p style="text-align: center;">気がつけば、もう7月も終わり。</p><p style="text-align: center;">明日から8月なんですもんねぇ！！</p><p style="text-align: center;"> </p><p style="text-align: center;">早いなぁ…。</p><p style="text-align: center;"> </p><p style="text-align: center;">この間「やっと春になった～♪」と</p><p style="text-align: center;">喜んでいたと思ったら、</p><p style="text-align: center;">あっという間に夏になり</p><p center;">今回は父の服の整理と倉庫の整理。</p><p style="text-align: center;"> </p><p style="text-align: center;">元農家だったので</p><p style="text-align: center;">いろんな道具が倉庫の中にあり</p><p style="text-align: center;">整理をしてゴミ処理場に服と一緒に</p><p style="text-align: center;">持って行ってきました。</p><p style="text-align: center;"> </p><p style="text-align: center;">まだまだ整理する物はあるけれど</p><p style="text-align: center;">第一弾は終わった～って事で</p><p style="text-align: center;">「ドライブがてらちょっと遠回りして</p><p style="text-align: center;">温泉に入ってこよう」と言うことになり</p><p style="text-align: center;">留辺蘂町にある「塩別つるつる温泉」へ</p><p style="text-align: center;">行って来ました。</p><p style="text-align: center;"> </p><p style="text-align: center;"> </p><p style="text-align: center;"><a style="text-align: center;">ここはPH９．６とアルカリ度の高い</p><p style="text-align: center;">単純硫黄温泉（低張性アルカリ性高温泉）で</p><p style="text-align: center;">名前の通りのつるつる～な源泉かけ流しの温泉。</p><p style="text-align: center;"> </p><p style="text-align: center;">私が入った温泉の中でも</p><p style="text-align: center;">１・2番を争うツルツル度です。</p><p style="text-align: center;"> </p><p style="text-align: center;">大浴場に行ってみると</p><p style="text-align: center;">平日だったからか</p><p style="text-align: center;">私と母を含めて4人だけ！</p><p style="text-align: center;">もうほとんど貸切状態！！やった～♪</p><p style="text-align: center;"> </p><p style="text-align: center;">広い大浴場でのんびり浸かって</p><p style="text-align: center;">とても気持ちが良かったです。</p><p style="text-align: center;"> </p><p style="text-align: center;">そして露天風呂ですが…</p><p style="text-align: center;"> </p><p style="text-align: center;">実は塩別つるつる温泉に</p><p style="text-align: center;">網走にあるジェラトリアRIMO監修の</p><p style="text-align: center;">ソフトが売っていたんですよ。</p><p style="text-align: center;"> </p><p style="text-align: center;">ジェラトリアRIMOも昔行っていたので</p><p style="text-align: center;">「懐かしい！食べようかな」と思いましたが</p><p style="text-align: center;">さすがにアイス2個は</p><p style="text-align: center;">コレステロール値が気になるので</p><p style="text-align: center;">あきらめました。</p><p style="text-align: center;">あぁ残念…。</p>

いろいろ収穫

width="24"></p><p style="text-align: center;"> </p><p style="text-align: center;">帯広は３４．６度まで上がったそうです。</p><p style="text-align: center;">惜しい！あとちょっとで３５度だったのに…。</p><p style="text-align: center;"> </p><p style="text-align: center;">こんな日はやはり冷たい麺！</p><p style="text-align: center;">お昼に稲庭うどんを冷やして</p><p style="text-align: center;">つる～～っといただきました。</p><p style="text-align: center;">あ～美味しかった<img alt="チョキ" style="text-align: center;">家を買ったとき芝生があった部分を剥がし</p><p style="text-align: center;">土を入れてもらって家庭菜園用の庭を造ったのですが</p><p style="text-align: center;">その土が野菜栽培にはむかない土だったらしく</p><p style="text-align: center;">かぼちゃやニンニクなどは小さいし</p><p style="text-align: center;">エゴマやシソは途中でこじれちゃうし！！</p><p style="text-align: center;"> </p><p style="text-align: center;">でも５年間家庭菜園をして</p><p style="text-align: center;">土の栄養になるような肥料をいれてきたから</p><p style="text-align: center;">少し土も良くなったのかもね。</p><p style="text-align: center;"> </p><p style="text-align: center;"> </p><p style="text-align: center;"> </p><p style="text-align: center;">歯ごたえがあり、ぬるっとして美味しかったです。</p><p style="text-align: center;"> </p><p style="text-align: center;">本当は庭に植えたいけれど</p><p style="text-align: center;">寒さに弱いから植えられないの。</p><p 天ぷら倶楽部

style="text-align: center;"> </p><p style="text-align: center;"> </p><p style="text-align: center;">帯広では昨日34度と暑くヘロヘロ～になり</p><p style="text-align: center;">冷たい物ばかり飲んでいました。</p><p style="text-align: center;">今日は29.7度（13時50分）と30度は超えていませんが</p><p style="text-align: center;">朝、掃除をしているときに</p><p style="text-align: center;">頭痛・めまい・喉の渇きがあり</p><p style="text-align: center;">「これは熱中症のなり始め？」と</p><p style="text-align: center;">慌ててポカリを飲みました。</p><p style="text-align: center;"> </p><p style="text-align: center;">クーラーをつけず暑い部屋の中で</p><p style="text-align: center;">掃除機をかけていていたのが悪かったみたい。</p><p 母と温泉へ

style="text-align: center;">2日目の化粧ののりが全然違うの！</p><p style="text-align: center;">化粧崩れが少ないというか</p><p style="text-align: center;">化粧直ししていないのに</p><p style="text-align: center;">夜になってもいつもよりファンデーションが</p><p style="text-align: center;">残っていました。</p><p style="text-align: center;"> </p><p style="text-align: center;">おまけに皮膚が柔らかくなったような</p><p style="text-align: center;">感じがしました。</p><p style="text-align: 家とコンサート

style="text-align: center;">６月に入ってから</p><p style="text-align: center;">３２．８度、３２．７度と暑い日が続き</p><p style="text-align: center;">「あ～今年も暑い日が多いのかなぁ」と思っていたら</p><p style="text-align: center;">土曜が１２度、日曜が１４度、</p><p style="text-align: center;">月曜なんて１１℃の予想最高気温！！<img alt="叫び" draggable="false" height="16" src="https://stat100.ameba.jp/blog/ucs/img/char/char2/254.gif" width="16"></p><p style="text-align: center;"> </p><p style="text-align: center;">いや～気温差がひどい！！</p><p style="text-align: center;"> </p><p style="text-align: center;">明日、帯広では運動会をする小学校が多いんですよ。</p><p style="text-align: center;">病院に行くのも、ちょっとした買い物に行くのも</p><p style="text-align: center;">車を運転して行かないとダメなので</p><p style="text-align: center;">街中にある公営住宅に住むのはどうだろうと考え</p><p style="text-align: center;">役場へ相談に行って来ました。</p><p style="text-align: center;"> </p><p style="text-align: center;">行っていろいろ聞いてみたら</p><p style="text-align: center;">空いている公営住宅に入るのも良いんだけれど</p><p style="text-align: center;">夫に先立たれて一人暮らしをしているお年寄りの女性だけが</p><p style="text-align: center;">入れる施設があるらしく</p><p style="text-align: center;">１DKで新しいし病院もコンビニもすぐ側！</p><p style="text-align: center;">ただ、３軒の集合住宅になっていて</p><p style="text-align: center;">共用部分が一部あるんです。</p><p style="text-align: center;"> </p><p style="text-align: center;">私はここなら親戚も近くだし</p><p style="text-align: center;">弟も車で１０分くらいのところに住んでるし、</p><p style="text-align: center;">安心だと思ったけれど</p><p style="text-align: center;">母は他の人と仲良く出来るか心配でね。</p><p style="text-align: center;">家に帰ってからもすごく悩んでいたので</p><p style="text-align: center;">「無理に入らなくても良いよ。</p><p style="text-align: center;">もし嫌だったら今のままで良いんだから」と話をして</p><p style="text-align: center;">近いうちにその施設の見学を</p><p style="text-align: center;">させてもらうことになりました。</p><p style="text-align: center;"> </p><p
